Day Two – Titles-Years 1-10

0%

Hey, you came back for day two. Awesome! How did you do yesterday with brainstorming and writing your story? I browsed through your posts and was so impressed with the writing y’all did. Let’s do it again today.

Today’s challenge focuses on your first-time experiences when you were between one and ten years old. Yeah, I know. For some of us, that was a long time ago. But use clustering (blank cluster diagrams below) to root through the cobwebs and find the moment you wish to write. Repeat the clustering process until you have the story down to one of short duration that includes only a few people. This is your s-story. If you’ve not yet watched the How to Cluster video, you may want to do that first.

Our day-two lesson explores the need for titling all your writing whether the story is a few paragraphs or a hundred pages. If it’s important enough to write, it deserves a name. Watch this video on how to write working and final titles for all your stories. Then, write your s-story. Post it in the comments section below, read the work of a few of your fellow challengers, and include a word or two of encouragement.
