Buddy groups serve as an essential source of support, encouragement, and feedback on shared stories, if desired.

Starting Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. ET, you and your new buddies will meet at our Buddy Group Night and continue to meet on the second Tuesday of each month through the end of February. You may wish to meet with your buddies on our group night once a month and then get together again on your own.
You don’t have to meet with your buddies on Buddy Group Night, but I recommend trying it out at least once. Zoom cutting you off after forty-five minutes won’t be a problem on Buddy Group Night.
Please review your schedule for the next three months to ensure you are available to participate in a buddy group.
We understand that the unexpected happens, but if you know you will be away or otherwise occupied for a couple of months, maybe wait until your schedule has opened up a bit to participate.
