Tonight, we chuckled our way through Dave Godin’s story, “Dad’s Bavarian Hat,” and reviewed a few story notes about grammar, punctuation, and other ways to improve our writing. Here are the story notes for this session.
Dave uses his dad’s hat to invoke the muse during his writing sessions. Watch episode fifty-four of the Life Writers Vlog where I feature Dave as I discuss the purpose and value of writing rituals.
On the second Tuesday of each month, we choose one member’s story for feedback from the Life Writers community.
This is a great way to improve your writing and editing skills and learn how to give constructive feedback to your fellow members.
Take advantage of this great opportunity and upload your story here for review in a future Member Story Review session.
and thanks to everyone for the helpful comments
