Big Changes for Life Writers!

Thank you so much for your candid feedback about Life Writers, both Tuesday night in our recap and review session and in earlier conversations.

A lot of changes are coming to Life Writers. Here’s a list of the major ones:

• implementation of semesters with a month-long break in between
• our next book, Allegiance by Darien Hsu Gee
• discontinuation of Inside Life Writers and Q&A/Help a Member
• addition of open Q&A or chat at 4:45 p.m. on the second, third, and fourth Tuesdays
• book studies on only the second and fourth Tuesdays
• for now, no changes to the Wednesday Write-In, Member Story Review, and Monthly Feedback Session, depending upon increased participation
• members of buddy groups will be assigned randomly, again based on participation
• weekly emails on Mondays will not be sent anymore
• addition of Library item on the main menu

I’ve been discouraged and disheartened by the minimal participation in Life Writers. The future of all Life Writers offerings depends upon increased member participation.
